1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ArtistFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

ArtistFlow provides tools for beauty professionals to:

• Manage client bookings and appointments
• Create and sell online courses
• Process payments through Stripe
• Manage their professional portfolio and services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

ArtistFlow offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise determined by ArtistFlow at its sole discretion.

5. Platform Fees

For online course sales, ArtistFlow charges a platform fee of 10% plus 5 RON per transaction. Artists are responsible for all applicable taxes and must issue valid invoices for payouts.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to ArtistFlow. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A license to store, display, and transmit your content
• The right to use your content to provide and improve our services

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or collect data from the service without permission

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

ArtistFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
